Our warehouse is open by appointment only for supply pick-ups, donation drop-offs, and volunteering!

If you need to pick up supplies, simply email us to schedule a time during our next monthly distribution event.

Planning to drop off donations? We’d love to coordinate a delivery time that works for you. Contact us to schedule a time.

Looking to make a difference? We offer weekly volunteer opportunities, and signing up is easy—just select a time online! If you’d like to organize a special volunteer project for your group, school, or business, we’d be thrilled to help make it happen. Contact us, and let’s create something amazing together!

To our generous supporters: Your contributions mean the world to us! If you made a financial donation in 2024, we sincerely thank you. All donation receipts were mailed by January 31, 2025. If you haven’t received yours, please let us know—we’re happy to help!

Important Notice: Donation Drop-Off Appointment Required

We are deeply grateful for the generous support we continue to receive from our community at WNC! Due to the overwhelming number of in-kind donations, we kindly ask that all donation drop-offs be scheduled with a confirmed appointment. You can email info@heartswithhands.org and we will get back with you when an appointment time is available. Please note that we can no longer accept donations without an appointment. Unannounced visits will not be accommodated, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. ​Thank you for your continued generosity and support.
